        According to the Labor Pension Regulations' pension system, the new pension received by workers will vary based on their length of service, contributed wages, investment return rate, wage growth rate, and voluntary contribution rate. In order to facilitate workers to grasp the accumulation status of retirement pensions, the Ministry of Labor recently launched a new version of the "Personal Retirement Pension Trial Table for Workers", which includes various practical reference data in the system. Workers only need a few simple steps to quickly complete the trial calculation.

        Fully upgraded functionality for more intuitive operation

                The old version of the spreadsheet requires workers to input relevant information themselves, while the optimized new version of the spreadsheet can provide real data for workers to directly click on. The relevant functions have been adjusted as follows:

        Basic Information

        Starting work and retirement age: After selecting or manually entering the age through the slider, the spreadsheet will display the corresponding average remaining life.

        Labor wage contribution: After selecting or manually inputting the actual wage through the sliding rod, the trial calculation table will automatically correspond to the correct monthly wage contribution according to the "Labor Pension Monthly Contribution Grading Table", without the need to query the level distance by oneself.

        Estimated conditions

        Pension contribution rate: divided into "employer only contribution" and "self contribution" (voluntary contribution by workers); After clicking, you can try to calculate the difference in whether there is a self withdrawal pension.

        Average return rate of the Labor Retirement New System Fund: Provide the average return rates of the Labor Retirement New System Fund for the past 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, 10 years, and since its establishment.

        Wage growth rate: Provides the annualized growth rates of "minimum wage", "median total salary", "total salary per person per month", "regular salary per person per month", and "minimum living allowance in Taiwan Province". Workers can choose the most suitable reference value based on their own salary adjustment situation.

        Current amount of individual retirement pension account for workers

        If you want to check the actual accumulated amount in the current special account, you can use the "e-Service System of the Labor Insurance Bureau" to query in multiple ways (such as mobile phone authentication, natural person certificate, virtual labor insurance certificate, mobile natural person certificate, financial electronic certificate, etc.). In addition, you can also apply for a labor security card or postal finance card. After activating the inquiry function, you can go to the ATM of the issuing bank for inquiry, or go to the local offices of the Labor Insurance Bureau for counter consultation.

        After checking the balance of the personal pension special account, fill in the amount in the "Labor Personal Pension Trial Table" and enter the various trial values to estimate the total amount of pension that can be accumulated in the future.
