Far Eastern Group sends love to rural areas to light up childlike innocence

        On December 1, 2025, Far Eastern Department Stores in Tainan will light up the Christmas tree with the theme of "Starry Christmas Tree". Nancy Hsu, President of Far Eastern Department Stores, and guests from all walks of life will light up the tree together, and 150 rural area elementary school children will be invited to participate in the event. In addition to giving new sports shoes, water bottles, and other Christmas gifts, a rich itinerary will also be arranged to let children feel full of love.

        On December 13th, Taichung City Far Eastern Department Stores also held a Christmas lighting event and partnered with Taipei Orphan Welfare Foundation to fulfill children's Christmas wishes.

        On Christmas Eve, Far Eastern Department Stores in Hsinchu, together with the Hsinchu Thunder Wind Racing Team, held the "10th Christmas Knight News Safety Charity Event". One hundred Harley Davidson motorcycle enthusiasts transformed into Santa Claus and provided care to multiple vulnerable children's organizations in Hsinchu County and City, demonstrating the continuous public welfare action of civil society organizations for ten years.

        On December 22nd, Big City Far Eastern Big City Shopping Malls received a visit from teachers and students of Hsinchu Special Education School. Through arranging shopping center visits and lunch, children were able to experience the warmth of Christmas in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, and special Christmas wish gifts were also given.

        On the other hand, students from Yuan Ze University went to Baosheng Elementary School in Kuanyin District, Taoyuan City to hold a "Christmas English activity", bringing laughter and warmth to rural area students and creating a strong international exchange atmosphere on campus.

        Far Eastern Memorial Hospital also held a "Christmas Children's Care Concert" in collaboration with Lions Clubs International 300B Zone 2, inviting children and their families under the care of the hospital to participate, hoping to bring forward strength through music at the end of the year. Vice Dean Hong Fangming stated that the significance of medical care is not only to treat diseases, but also to accompany children and families through every difficult journey when they need it the most.
