2. Improve gastrointestinal digestion: Rice yeast fermentation breaks down the starch in rice into glucose, making it easier to digest and relatively friendly to people with sensitive digestive systems.
3. Natural fermented sweetness, zero burden: The sweetness of sweet wine comes from the decomposition of starch by yeast, without the need for sugar or alcohol. The taste is mild, smooth, and easy to drink.
1、 Rice yeast sweet liquor
 [Materials]150g of leftover rice, 150g of dried rice koji (available for purchase in traditional markets or online shopping platforms), and 250cc of warm water.
[Equipment]
Electric pot, thermometer, and fresh-keeping box.
[Method]
1. Wash the container with hot water beforehand to avoid bacterial contamination.
2. Let the leftover food cool to avoid high temperatures damaging the activity of rice koji.
3. Add rice yeast and warm water, mix well, and put into an electric pot.
4. The electric pot is maintained at 60-70 ℃ in insulation mode for 10-12 hours. During the process, check every 2-3 hours to allow the ingredients to ferment slowly.
5. After fermentation, water will come out, and it will be finished when it is moderately stirred to form porridge and produce natural sweetness.
6. Rice yeast sweet wine can be refrigerated and stored. Add "red pomegranate juice" and "sparkling water" to make a refreshing pomegranate sparkling drink; If you need to heat it up for drinking, you can add an appropriate amount of warm water or heat it slightly in a small pot (the water temperature should not exceed 70 ℃).
 2、 Grain, rice, stone fruit, mellow drink
 [Materials]Organic Tremella fuciformis 50g, Water 500g, White Sesame 15g, Walnut 15g, Goji Berry 5g.
[Equipment]
Electric pot, oven, cooking machine, bottle and jar.
[Method]
1. Put organic tremella and water into the electric pot, and steam twice to get about 300g thick tremella soup.
2. Stir fry white sesame seeds over low heat until golden brown.
3. Set the oven to 180 ℃ for both high and low heat, and bake the walnuts for 8 minutes.
4. Crush the walnuts and Tremella into small pieces using a blender and set aside for later use.
5. Put the sweet wine, boiled Tremella fuciformis, walnuts, white sesame seeds, and goji berries into the bottle in order.
6. It is recommended to refrigerate the finished grain, rice, and stone fruits for optimal flavor.
