Sample Dialogue(情境范例)
Email greeting with no prior contact/Cold email greeting(陌生拜访时的问候语)
It’s extremely important to get the tone right if you have not yet had any contact with the recipient(s) you are emailing. In this case, the email you write should always be formal. Let’s see below alternative greeting examples.(寄email 给素未谋面的人时,使用的语气相当重要。在这种状况下,Email应该用正式口吻。以下来看看几个例句。)
- To whom it may concern,
- Dear Sir/Madam,
- Dear Mr.___/Ms.___,
- Dear Department/Position,

Email greetings to multiple people(与多位收信者的打招唿方式)

Business Email Dos’ and Don’ts that You Should Know(你应该知道的商用email注意事项)
Dos’
✔ Clear subject line(标题清楚)
✔ Professional tone(语气专业)
✔ Precise and concise content(内容精简俐落)
✔ Double-checking the content before sends out(寄出前再确认一次内容)
✔ Double-checking the attachment and the file name(检查附件档案和档名)
✔ Reply to every business email(回覆每一封商务信件)
✔ Email encryption(机密文件应加密)
Don’ts
✖ Avoid putting confidential information in the content(机密内容不应放入内文)
✖ Avoid dealing with multiple tasks in one email(避免在一封email中处理多个案件)
✖ Don’t overuse punctuation marks(不要过度使用标点符号)
✖ Don’t overuse different colors to highlight points(不要过度使用不同颜色来标示)
✖ No emojicon(不要出现表情符号)
✖ No buzzwords(不要使用流行用语)
✖ Don’t put all email contacts in carbon copy(不要将所有人的email address放在副本里)
