Far Eastern Department Store Promotes Loving Electronic Invoice, Clean Beach Activity Invites You to take part in Environmental Protection and Love the Earth

        Hsinchu Far Eastern Department Store responded to the Sea Shepherd Activity. On April 14, it encouraged colleagues and the public to join the Hsinchu City's "Spring Beach Cleaning" with the HAPPY GO bonus points, attracting 100 people to participate in the activity. When people were cleaning, they also realized the plight of the ocean. In the future, they will be able to implement environmental protection in their daily life. In addition, Far Eastern Department Store in Hsinchu City, in collaboration with the Hsinchu City Environmental Protection Bureau on World Earth Day, promoted the environmental protection app to collect points and encouraged people to exchange gifts with recycled things, so that people can get practical living things in the process of protecting the environment.
Far Eastern Department Store in Tainan, in order to advocate the concept of energy saving and carbon reduction as well as public welfare, also cooperated with the Tainan Municipal Government on April 25 to promote "caring e-invoice", which was jointly participated by Director Huang Zhizhong of the Social Bureau and Shopkeeper Xu Junming of Tainan Far Eastern Department Store. Since 2013, the Ministry of Finance has implemented donation codes for social welfare groups to facilitate people to donate electronic invoices. People can choose "barcode of donation codes" or "dictation of donation codes" before checking out then the invoices issued by stores can be directly donated to designated public welfare organizations, which shows that people can easily do some public welfare undertakings. The Special Account for Social Assistance Fund of the Social Bureau of the Tainan Municipal Government, which the Social Bureau of the Tainan Municipal Government belongs to(code:1314888) will join the list of recipients and become the first government organ in Taiwan to apply for the donation code.

Shopkeeper Xu Junming of Tainan Far Eastern Department Store explained that, staff of Far Eastern Department Store will kindly ask consumers whether they intend to donate e-invoices before checking out if they participate in the "caring e-invoice" campaign, and after donation, e-invoices will be provided to designated public welfare groups through the system, which allows love to combine with environmental protection. Because it can help the recipients shorten the time to collect invoices and claim the prize, and it is also a demonstration of environmental protection. The Social Bureau pointed out that there are six charitable organizations joining in the "caring e-invoice" campaign, which was co-operated by the Municipal Government and Tainan Far Eastern Department Store, and two different recipients will take turns to receive donations every three months. From April to June this year, they were the Chinese Youth Pure love Sports Association (code: 3399), International Cultural Educational Foundation (code: 711), from July to September, they are the Ciguang Mental care Foundation (code: 2057), Mental Rehabilitation Association (code: 8533), and from October to December, they are Love My Home Nursing Center (code: 520999), Huashan Foundation (code: 111).
