        With such years, the author has been close to the ears of Shun years, a few days ago, re-read the "Historical Records? Jingyi Biography", but there are completely different feelings.          It may not be marginal for ordinary people to talk about revitalizing teachers and mobilizing the masses, attacking and killing, but shopping malls, such as battlefields, are in charge of the workplace, and they must also remind themselves from time to time not to let emotions override reason. If you can't control your emotions, unreasonable demands on your subordinates, unfavourable treatment of others, harsh speech for a moment, even lenient treatment of yourself and strict discipline, all of these will lead to the gradual departure of loyal and honest people, and the gathering of people who need to pat horses on the side. If you add the love of power, selfish pursuit and deception to subordinates, it will lead to inferiority.          Man is an emotional animal, and it is difficult not to be influenced by emotion, so there are always some unspeakable secrets and irreparable regrets. However, as a supervisor or team leader, we must constantly self-demand, so that reason outweighs emotion, public welfare outweighs selfish desire, so that we can get sincere respect from colleagues, and the team will not suffer setbacks because of their willingness, or even make enemies. In the workplace, always keep emotions at home and bring rationality to the company, which is worthy of being a professional manager, a good employee responsible for shareholders and investors.
