FET and Yuanchuang won the 2021 "Innovative business award" of "Digital Age"

        On July 28, "Digital Age" held the online awarding ceremony of "2021 innovative business award". FET won the "best management innovation award: Silver Award" with the case "strategic management for all channels". Coincidentally, Yuanchuang, a subsidiary of Far Eastern Electronic Toll collection, also won the "best product innovation award" with the case " smart parking service by uTagGO APP connected with eTag ".

        This year, a total of 103 enterprises participated in the competition, and the number of entries reached 265. After the primary selection by the editorial department of "Digital Age", a total of 76 entries entered the second stage of selection. They were scored jointly by 7 interdisciplinary experts for the five awards, and a total of 30 entries won the awards.

        Among them, FET’s  "strategic management for all channels" is to gradually introduce a number of digital projects such as e-forms, regular customer management, voiceprint recognition and IVR interactive voice response system into customer service centers and stores, reduce individual information contacts to less than 40%, upgrade user personal information protection, and make the utilization rate of e-forms exceed 90%, which successfully reduced the service process of front-line personnel, and became the only award-winning enterprise in the telecommunication industry this year. The award was received by the senior vice president Han Dekang, the channel management business group.

        In recent years, Yuanchuang has investigated the needs of the drivers through GO SURVEY big data and found that the proportion of leisure travel is as high as 70%, and 50% of car owners are very troubled to find parking spaces. To this end, Yuanchuang R & D launched uTagGO APP to facilitate car owners to easily query and store value tolls. And it combined with retail channels to launch services such as exchanging stored value funds, which won this year's "best product innovation award".
