Epidemic prevention English Part 2 -- what do you say about home, remote and separated office?

 During the epidemic, many companies implemented home office or diversion office measures in the hope of reducing the risk of epidemic infection among employees. This issue of "small English classroom" will take you to know these new words. No matter where you work, you should continue to improve your English!
Vocabulary (vocabulary)
1. Flexible hours / flexible time
During a level 3 alert, employees should maintain flexible working hours to reduce the number of computers during peak hours
2. Take turns / alternate
My colleagues and I take turns coming to the office and working from home during a level 3 alert
3. Level 3 alert
The level 3 alert for covid-19 has been extended for another two weeks
4. Working from home (WFH)
During the epidemic, we must all work from home for the time being
5. Off site office (assign different employees to work in different fields)
During the epidemic, our regular meetings to discuss the project progress will be held off site
6. Gathering (indoor gathering / outdoor gathering / social gathering)
Level 3 alert banks indoor gatherings of more than four people and outdoor gatherings of more than nine
