The menu of "Indonesian Cuisine Record" includes various classic Indonesian dishes, among which "Roja Fruit Salad" gathers vegetables and fruits such as green papaya, guava, cucumber, etc., paired with a unique sauce, which is sour and spicy, appetizing, and eliminates summer heat; "Banana leaf glutinous rice chicken" packs chicken meat stuffing into glutinous rice, and wraps the outer layer with banana leaf to stack up multi-level aroma, which is a must for local weddings or banquets to eat Dim sum; The "butter fried chicken" introduced during the Dutch colonial period in Indonesia is a popular local snack.
