Record of Jiangxi Yadong Cement Safety Production Month

        June 2025 is the 24th safe production month in Chinese Mainland. The company has developed plans and carried out a series of safety activities around the theme of "everyone talks about safety, everyone can respond to emergencies -- find out the safety hazards around".

                [Promotion Week] Multiple measures were taken to create a strong safety culture atmosphere: President Tianlong organized a mobilization meeting for all group supervisors and safety officers to watch the safety production month promotion video together, and required the supervisors to organize colleagues and all employees of the contractors under their jurisdiction to undergo training. In addition, posters and banners were posted in office areas, workshops, main roads and other places to promote safety culture, covering regulations, safety production knowledge, emergency rescue, etc., creating a strong safety culture atmosphere.

        [Hazard Investigation Week] All staff participate and make precise efforts to eliminate safety hazards: with the focus on "finding safety hazards around us", mobilize all staff to participate in hazard investigation and conduct cross departmental inspections. To encourage colleagues to actively identify hidden dangers, rewards will be given to the top three colleagues in terms of the number of inspections conducted, as well as to colleagues who discover major accident hazards. As for the responsible units that are found to have major accident hazards, monthly safety assessments will be deducted points. Through a combination of rewards and punishments, risks were eliminated and safety management standards were improved. Hidden dangers were identified and rectified within a specified time frame, with closed-loop tracking. The rectification was fully completed on July 28th.

        Training and Exercise Week: Combining theory with practice to enhance emergency response capabilities: organizing safety production open classes, team safety knowledge competitions, and conducting multiple practical emergency drills, such as confined spaces, boiler explosions, warehouse collapses, fire disposal, etc. Combining theory with practice, to test the practicality of emergency plans and improve the ability of departments to coordinate emergency response, as well as the safety skills and emergency response capabilities of employees.

        Summary Week: A comprehensive review was conducted to lay the foundation for a long-term safety mechanism: The company comprehensively sorted out the results of the activity, summarized that this activity strengthened colleagues' safety production knowledge, improved their self safety awareness and hazard identification ability, created a good safety production atmosphere, ensured the normalization of hazard investigation, and laid the foundation for a long-term safety mechanism.
