Far EasTone Telecommunication 5G Remote Diagnosis and Treatment Platform Achieves 100% Coverage in Taitung County

        Since 2020, Far EasTone Telecommunication has been building a remote diagnosis and treatment service network for the entire Taiwan with its independently developed 5G remote diagnosis and treatment platform. Starting from January 7th, Taimali Township Health Center in Taitung County has partnered with Kaohsiung Medical University Affiliated Zhonghe Memorial Hospital to provide remote dermatology services every Wednesday. The Far EasTone Telecommunication platform has also entered 15 towns and cities in Taitung County, achieving an important milestone of 100% coverage throughout the county, allowing people to seek medical treatment locally and realizing the last mile of medical equality in Taitung County.
