This year's annual recruitment event, Campus Talent Recruitment, started with the most grand and representative "VISION 2019 National Taiwan University Campus Talent Recruitment Fair". Far Eastern New Century Corporation recruiting team tours eight key universities in Taiwan, and invites elders and sisters from various institutions to return to their alma mater and share their career experience, and strives to recruit outstanding new blood to join Far Eastern Group.
National Taiwan University
In the vicissitudes of the political and economic environment, the importance of transformation and innovation goes without saying. Therefore, it is urgent to recruit elite talents in various fields to enhance the strength of enterprises and meet future challenges. National Taiwan University has not only an index status, but also a complete group of students, as well as the largest number of students, which is undoubtedly an indispensable place for enterprise group strategists. This event invites six excellent colleagues from National Taiwan University to share the fascination of R&D work with their own experience. Despite the rainy day, students are still very enthusiastic in inquiring about vacancies and delivering resumes.
ITI of Political University and Training Center of Foreign Trade Association
The political university, which specializes in the faculties of law, business and foreign languages, is, of course, the key point in recruiting financial, accounting, legal or business units. On the other hand, the training center of the foreign trade association also provides business talents who are proficient in English and Japanese. This time, I have the honor to invite the employer's supervisor to come to the scene and interview the students about the existing vacancies. Language competence has always been an important criterion for employing talents, just like Douglas Hsu's exhortation: to recruit and cultivate multilingual talents is an indispensable step for the group on the road of expanding globalization.
Tsinghua University, Fengjia University and Sun Yat-sen University
Recruitment activities must be tailored to local conditions in order to achieve the best results. This year's Qingdao Event will be held in the Department of Chemical Engineering and Chemistry. It will also invite excellent colleagues from the R&D center of the company to have a close dialogue with the graduates as elder sisters.
In addition to the aforementioned key departments located in the northern region, the recruiting team will not forget to insert flags in the central and southern regions and participate in two talent fairs in Fengjia and Zhongshan. Among them, the Department of Fiber and Composite Materials, which is unique to Fengjia University, is in line with the current human needs, and this trip has been fruitful.
The internship has been in operation for many years. Yuan Ze University and Oriental Institute of Technology are all fixed partners. Therefore, besides recruiting new graduates, this campus recruitment also promotes the internship program, hoping to attract students to join the "reserve talent training program" through more publicity.
Eight campus recruitment sessions were held this year. More than 600 resumes were collected and received warm response. Most quasi-newcomers believe that Far Eastern Group is well-known, promising, attractive in terms of welfare benefits and abundant in educational and training resources. Thank you in particular to the supervisors and colleagues who participated in and assisted in the process. In addition to exploring potential candidates, campus recruitment can also get fresh people's imagination about their future career on the front line, and get their most sincere feedback. Most importantly, it can effectively improve the visibility of enterprises and transmit the mission of enterprises.
