Many people may not know that Mr. Cai enquan started as a computer maintenance engineer. In the first 12 years of Microsoft, he has changed 10 positions. Mr. Cai further shares that willpower is also very important in maintaining the enthusiasm and sustainability of the work. He does not flinch in the face of difficulties and tries hard to overcome them. Although it may not succeed, willpower is a kind of spiritual power of self-guidance. As long as one does anything with heart, willpower will always play a role behind. It may be said that to live and work hard is a way to exercise willpower. Mr. Cai uses his own cases to help us understand the ways to strengthen our willpower, including making up our mind, changing ourselves, focusing on spirit, and honing our willpower.
