 Far Eastern Group Shangri La in Tainan invites Koichi Izumi, a top Japanese dessert master who has just obtained the French Relais Desserts certification, to return to Taiwan and bring the ultimate dessert art. The exclusive limited edition desserts, afternoon tea, and grilled fruit gift boxes made in collaboration with the restaurant will be available in limited quantities from now until December 31st at the Tea Pavilion and Fragrance Workshop on the first floor lobby. Limited edition Craftsmanship Collection of Braised Fruits Gift Box - Double Kitchen Collaboration, Top Ingredients, Craftsmanship Flavors
The "Craftsmanship Collection of Baked Confectionery Gift Box" jointly planned by Koichi Izumi and Chef Xu Yuxin of the restaurant includes three exclusive designs by the master: "Salt Flower Matcha Hana Xue", "Passion Passion Passion Fruit", and "Roasted Soybean Madeline". It is based on the fermented cream of Hokkaido, Japan, and has a delicate and mellow texture. In addition, the chef's pound cake series includes flavors of "Pomelo Chocolate", "Sicilian Concubine", and "Vanilla Caramel Apple Cake", with a price of NTD580 per box (limited supply).

Koichi Izumi's five classic dessert series are limited edition at Pinxiangfang, each NTD230, including: "Tropical Island Seat" with pineapple and banana filling embedded in vanilla tower shells; The 'Tree of Pistachios' is a Sicilian pistachio cake paired with cherry wine filling and pistachio cream; The Mirage, which won the WPTC World Cup championship, features 15 layers of caramel hazelnut and orange chocolate interwoven; Lemon infused with lemon peel, Hokkaido fresh cream, and Italian lemon puree; The "Full Moon" full of Japanese style atmosphere features Taiwanese high mountain oolong tea and Japanese pomelo as the main characters, complemented by candied pomelo shreds and berries, creating a refreshing and pleasant atmosphere.
