Far EasTone Telecommunication and Microsoft Assist in Driving Far Eastern Group's AI Transformation Power

        Far Eastern Group actively embraces AI and will hold the "2024 Far Eastern Group Enterprise AI Transformation Seminar and Practice Camp" in November 2024, with the theme of "Strategic Guidelines for AI Driven Enterprise Transformation for Senior Managers". Far EasTone Telecommunications and Microsoft will share their experience in AI business applications and enterprise transformation, and plan Taiwan's first Copilot Practice Camp to assist affiliated enterprises in enhancing their competitiveness.

        Far EasTone Telecommunications, as the only Microsoft authorized solution partner (LSP) in Taiwan's telecommunications industry, adopts a four track parallel AI strategy to internally promote the deployment and application of generative AI. Through high-level managers, it takes the lead in learning and extensively using Microsoft 365 Copilot, encouraging colleagues in customer service, business, marketing, and other departments to identify scenarios where AI can be used to solve pain points.
