1、 Scheme Introduction
1. Subsidy recipients: People aged 15 to 45.
2. Subsidy period: From now until December 31, 2025.
3. Subsidy amount and standards:
The maximum subsidy for psychological counseling is NTD 1600 per session, and the counseling time is at least 40 minutes per session.
Each person is limited to three subsidies during the duration of this program.

3、 Precautions
1. The subsidy does not include registration fees and administrative fees. Please confirm with the institution before making an appointment.

Q3: Can I change my partner institution for psychological counseling midway?
A3: Yes, but the total number of subsidies is limited to 3 times, and the actual number of subsidies received must be reported.
Q4: Can I still participate in the "Youth Mental Health Support Program" if I have already used the "Youth Mental Health Support Program" three times before for psychological counseling services?
A4: Yes, the subsidy frequency for this plan (3 times) will be calculated independently from the processing period (August 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025).
Q5: Can foreigners use this program?
A5: In order to facilitate the subsequent referral of high-risk cases to medical care, foreign nationals who are eligible for health insurance can also use this program, but they must present their health insurance card during consultation for confirmation by the cooperating institution.
