Far EasTone Telecommunications talent cultivation yields fruitful results, creating the strongest service capability in Taiwan

        On December 3, 2025, the Taiwan Chain and Franchise Association (TCFA) held the "Outstanding Store Manager Commendation and Selection" award ceremony for all stores in Taiwan.         On November 19th, the Taiwan Contact Center Development Association (TCCDA) held the 9th CSEA Customer Service Excellence Awards ceremony, which is known as the "Golden Horse Award" in the customer service industry. Far EasTone Telecommunication won the "Best Customer Experience Enterprise" award in the enterprise category for its comprehensive intelligent customer service and deep AI application achievements; Team category "Best Customer Service Team", "Best Customer Service AI System Application Team", "Best Customer Service Management Team"; And six awards, including the "Best Customer Service Star" and "Best AI Trainer" for humans.

        At the same time, Far EaseTone Telecommunication is committed to promoting talent development and was once again awarded the highest honor in the field of human resources, the National Talent Development Award, on December 4th.
