Far Eastern Memorial Hospital launches comprehensive protection network 'Medical Protection'

        Many people think that diabetes is safe as long as blood sugar is well controlled, but they ignore that long-term high blood sugar may erode the heart and kidneys at the same time. With the refinement of modern diet and the increase of life pressure, "diabetic nephropathy syndrome" is quietly threatening the health of the public. In response to World Kidney Day, Far Eastern Memorial Hospital held the "Fight Back Sugar Heart Kidney, Comprehensive Health Guardian Station" Health Education Week from March 23-25, integrating nephrology, metabolism, and cardiovascular medicine for the first time, and launching a "one-stop" free screening and professional consultation.

        On the eve of Children's Day, the hospital also held an art exhibition titled "Doctors Take Care of You, Accompany You to Grow Up" to encourage children who have experienced domestic violence to outline their life trajectories from pain to reconstruction.
