On October 28th, the Taiwan Institute for Sustainable Energy held the "2025 Asia Pacific Sustainable Exhibition Award" ceremony. On November 12th, Commercial Times released the "Taiwan Customer Service Center Evaluation" list, and Far EasTone Telecommunications won the "Chain Telecommunications Channel" Gold Award, becoming the only customer service team in this category to win the Gold Award for the third time.
