Master Xie Yan plays with the Korean Wave! Taipei Far Eastern Group Shangri La's' New Wave of Korean Cuisine '

        From May 1st to August 31st, Far Eastern Group Shangri La in Taipei will launch the "2026 Xie Shi Yan Project", incorporating popular Korean cuisine into the menu. There are a total of 5 categories and over 15 self-service dishes planned, including authentic Korean style appetizers such as "Korean style Jinxiu Sushi Roll", "Sesame Seaweed Stir fried Small Zhangyu", and "Potato Spinach Dumplings". The soup will also feature a nourishing and rich "Korean Glutinous Rice Stewed Chicken Soup"; Selected hot dishes include crispy and juicy "Korean style chicken not to be lost", "Jeju scallion sesame grilled fish", and Q-pop flavored "Korean style spicy stir fried rice cake", and creatively launched two on-site food stalls: dirty fried French fries and tender grilled pork rib burgers, paired with dance floors, KTVs, and photo machines to create a community limited focus.
